These terms and conditions have been prepared by Buff and Nude London. Throughout this document, "our," "we," and "us" refer to Buff and Nude London. If you have any questions or concerns about these terms, please feel free to contact us via email at info@buffandnudelondon.com.

Communication:

- By using our website, you agree that email, SMS, and all other forms of electronic communication can be used to interact with us. Any communication from a distance will be subject to the terms and conditions stated on our website. You can find a link to our website in the email signatures.

Eligibility:

To purchase our services from this website, you must meet the following requirements:

- You must be over the age of 18.

- You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract.

- If you are providing a venue, it must be secure and suitable for our entertainers to attend. We reserve the right to refuse access to venues if we deem them unsuitable for the safety of our entertainers. It is your responsibility to ensure the chosen venue is suitable. Unsuitable venues or venues that refuse access (if not provided directly by our company) will result in the cancellation of the booking, but you will still be liable for the outstanding balance.

Price:

- All prices for our services are in UK pounds (sterling), unless stated otherwise.

- The prices displayed on our website may not include travel costs or agency fees.

- We reserve the right to change prices at any time before booking.

- Price changes (increase or decrease) may occur due to various factors such as agency fees, cancellations, travel costs, materials, and more.

- Once a booking is made, the price will not be changed unless there is a cancellation or error.

Payment:

- A deposit is always required for our services.

- Once payments are processed using a credit or debit card, the money will be debited from your card. We will then send you a confirmation email to acknowledge your payment.

- Our payment processing options are quick, easy, and highly secure.

- Your card issuer may conduct security checks at the time of payment.

- Outstanding balances can be paid in cash directly to our staff/entertainers/performers, but a deposit is always required.

- You can choose to pay the remaining balance in cash on the night or via the provided payment options (please inform us clearly of your preferred method).

- All payments form a legally binding contract with us, indicating your acceptance of our website's terms.

- You are obligated to pay the remaining balance as agreed on the day of your event. Failure to make payments on time will result in the outstanding balance being considered a debt and may be passed on to debt collectors.

Booking:

- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided during the booking process.

- You must provide a contact number to the agency and entertainer to facilitate communication on the day of the event. You must be available at all times during the day unless otherwise specified.

- We do not send acts/performers/staff to events without prior contact with the event on the booking date. Our entertainers/acts/staff will contact you by telephone several times on the day.

- When providing a contact number during the booking process, it must be a UK contact number or a contact number that includes an international dial code. If our entertainers are unable to contact you, it may result in the cancellation of the booking due to a lack of information.

- If an event cannot take place because the agency or the artiste/staff/performer could not contact the client, or due to a lack of information provided or incorrect information provided, or if you cancel, your deposit fee will be forfeited and you will still be liable for any outstanding balance.

Please note the following additional points:

- A contract between you and us, governed by the terms of this document, is formed only when we have received payment or a signed contract.

- All pictures and information provided on the website or via email, text, WhatsApp or Instagram are for indicative purposes only. While we strive to fulfill your requirements, including your selection of entertainer/act/performer and outfits, we cannot guarantee an exact match.

- If you require an entertainer to perform for the same sex/gender, especially regarding strip shows, please discuss this with our booking team prior to making the booking.

- There may be occasions where entertainers/acts need to adjust the scheduled time by up to 30 minutes due to factors such as travel or weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Changes after Booking Confirmation:

- Changes requested by the client: If you wish to make changes to your event details, a charge may apply, subject to availability.

- Changes initiated by the agency: It is highly unlikely that we will need to change your booking arrangements. However, in rare cases where minor changes are necessary, we will notify you promptly.

Cancellations:

- If we are unable to provide the service you booked due to our own errors or reasons and we inform you before the event date, you will have the following options: A) Accept an alternative service (by accepting via email, phone, or SMS, you are entering into a new agreed arrangement, and all terms and conditions will apply) or B) Request a refund.

- If you decide to cancel the booking at any time up to 1 week prior to the event date you will not be liable for the full payment however you will forfeit your deposit.

- If you cancel within 1 week of the scheduled event you are still liable for the full payment.

- Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment.

Complaints:

- To make a complaint, please send us an email. All complaints must be received within 48 hours after the event. Failure to submit a complaint within this timeframe will limit our ability to assist you.

Our Entertainers:

- All our entertainers/staff/performers are self-employed.

- The entertainers are not employed by the agency and are responsible for their own accounting, including payment of taxes, VAT, and national insurance.

- The agency is not responsible if the client pays incorrect fees to the performer. If you are unsure about the fees to be paid, please contact the booking agent. Fees paid may not be recoverable.

Our Liability:

- We are not held responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost, or other claims that result from the acts or omissions of any person(s) affected, any member(s) of their party, or third parties not connected with the provision of your arrangements, provided such acts or omissions were unforeseeable or unavoidable, or due to "force majeure" circumstances.

- Our

 liability is also excluded where performance and/or prompt performance of the contractual obligations are prevented or affected by circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, war, threat of war, riots, civil unrest, terrorist activities, natural disasters, fire, adverse weather conditions, industrial disputes, acts of government, or any other event beyond our control.

By using our website and making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
